War on terror in Pak is conspiracy of hegemonies: Asad Qaiser

MANCHESTER: Speaker Khyber Pakhtun khwa (KPK) Assembly Asad Qaiser has said the war on terror in Pakistan was imposed by international hegemonies as they want to strengthen them in this region.

“World powers just to protect their interests in this region are fanning terrorism and extremism in Pakistan”, Asad Qaiser said while addressing a reception hosted by Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) North West leaders Javed Khan and Arshad Kayani, Party leaders Basit Shah Mashwani presided over function, started with recitation of Holy Quran by Qari Shamsur Rehman while Wajid Khan presented Naat in honor of Holy Prophet PVUH.

Tehreek Insaf is a political force which will always secure national integrity and frustrate the agenda of hegemonies in this region, Asad Qaiser said, adding Pakistan attained after huge sacrifices was badly looted by rulers during last more than six decades.

He said in recently held election people gave PTI mandate as they were aware that this is only party which can hold looters accountable and recover the looted money. “Soon after assuming power we have bridled the worst corruption and followed merit and it was PTI government which has brought independent Accountability Commission”, he added.

He said PTI government abolished notorious ‘Patwari’ culture to give people relief and have make revolutionary steps in the fields of education and health. A huge amount from budget was allocated for basic education in the province and an Education City will be established for promotion of education, he added.

“We want to decorate the KP with education and implement the laws so that educated lot will be benefitted”, he said.

Addressing the function Lord Mayor Manchester Councilor Naeem u Hassan said after restoration of democracy in Pakistan the path for development and prosperity is visible and clear.

He urged Pakistani community to improve their role regarding the May 2014 elections of European Parliament and vote for your best candidates. “If you stay at home and avoid to poll your vote it will benefit the extremists parties like BNP”, he added.

He said it is imperative to block the path of this fascist political party and Muslims have to vote against it.
