Protest in London to support Musharraf

LONDON: A protest demonstration was held outside Pakistan high Commission London, over treason case against former Army Chief, General (Retd) Pervez Musharraf started in Pakistan.
Dozens of Musharraf lovers led by Asif Shahzad and Afzaal Siddiqui hold the demonstration and raising slogans against the injustice of present Pakistan Government. They raised slogans against present government and judiciary for initiating the proceedings against Musharraf under article 6. This demonstation was ample proof that there are people who still like Pervez Musharraf and resist any such move.
Addressing the demonstration, former political coordinator Asif Shahzad said that initiation of treason case against Pervez Musharraf is nothing but political point scoring and it will not give any benefit to any of the rulers. Rulers after Musharraf have forced the whole nation to sit on back silently while every person in Pakistan is facing debt of millions.
Country, he said, is facing worst crisis are economy was derailed and floods and earthquakes have also played havoc with people.
He said that initiation of treason case against Musharraf is hiding the governments failures.
The participants of the demonstration submitted a protest memorandum to Pakistan High Commission, in which it was proved that Musharraf era was one of the golden periods of the country.
