Pak Kashmiri parties need unity by forgetting clashes

NOTTINGHAM: The signature campaign for right of self-determination movement of Kashmiri people and for holding debate in British Parliament on Kashmir issue is continue under the banner of Jammu Kashmir Right of Self Determination Movement (JKSDM).
In this regard a function held in Nottingham in which Member European Parliamentarian Glenis Willmott was chief guest while Raja Najabat Hussain, Chairman JKSDM presided over the function.
Chris Leslie MP, Manchester Lord Mayor Councillor Naeem ul Hassan, former Lord Mayor Councillor Afzal Khan, Counsel General Manchester Dr Zahoor Ahmed, Labor Party leader Najma Hafeez Awan, former Lord Mayor of Nottingham Gulnawaz, Commercial Counsellor Manchester Raja Aamir Thaheem, Councilor Haleema Khalid, Councilor Liaqat Ali and many others attended the function. The function was hosted by Raja Muhammad Ayub, Advisor to AJK President.
Addressing the function  Glenis Willmott said Socialist Group in European Parliament is raising Kashmir issue internationally and has attained success regarding Kashmir issue. Soon after European Parliamentary elections this group hold an International Kashmir Conference in May, in which representatives of world powers will be invited, she said.
She said she is hopeful that their efforts regarding the freedom of Kashmir will bare fruits and 66 year struggle of Kashmiris will be crowned with success.
She said Kashmir issue is a very simple issue on which world community is in consensus and it is also a matter of human rights and human freedom. This issue should not be considered as Pakistan or Indian issue nor this should be taken as a regional or religious issue, this is simple issue of human rights and human freedom, she added.
The problem is that how right of self-determination can be given to Kashmiri people living two divided parts having control of two countries, she said.
Addressing the gathering Chairman JKSDM Raja Najabat said Kashmir is issue of every freedom, peace and democracy loving people round the globe. Kashmiri petition is moving forward with success and has attained a good support so far, he added.
He stressed the need of unity among Kashmiri and Pakistani political parties saying if British Political parties in spite of clashes and differences are united on Kashmir issue then why not Pakistani and Kashmiri political parties get united.
He thanked the participants for their participation and support.
