Noor Hussain was symbol of state politics, spent life to serve people

SLOUGH: People from both sides of divided state and across the Line of Control, living in Britain, met to pay homage to veteran politician Chaudhry Noor Hussain for his services rendered for freedom of Kashmir and for uplift of AJK.

Politicians, social activists and people from all walks of life were present in a condolence meeting called by Chaudhry Jameel Tabasum. The meeting was presided over by Haji Muhammad Arif, President PWA Slough.

Jameel Tabasum threw light on political journey and personal character of Chaudhry Noor Hussain and his role for freedom of Kashmir and for betterment of people of AJK.

Addressing the meeting Raja Zakir Kayani Advocate, Central Coordination Secretary of Muslim Conference paying glowing tributes to deceased leader saying the vacuum created with the demise of Chaudhry Noor Hussain is very difficult to be filled.

Chaudhry Shaban former advisor to PM AJK, said Chaudhry Noor Hussain was a symbol of state politics and he always was doing politics of principles. Noor Hussain always tried to serve people irrespective of their affiliation, he added.

The meeting was attended by PML-N leader Chaudhry Muhammad Afzal, Muslim Conference leader Raja Muhammad Ishaq Khan, Councilor Chaudhry Muhammad Rasab, PWA leader Faisal Ramzan, Raja Sheraz Khan, Muhammad Hussain, former Mayor Slough Rashid Butt, Shoaib Nazish, Muhammad Hanif others while Raja Naveed, Manga Khan, Raja Muhammad Shabir, Adalat Khan, Muhammad Basharat Khan and other send their condolence messages.
