Will serve OPs without any discrimination: Gull

MANCHESTER: “I will assure overseas Pakistan living across the globe that I will serve them without any discrimination including political affiliation and regional bias”, said Zuber Gull, Federal Overseas Commissioner.
Gull was addressing community leaders during his meeting held in Greater Manchester, the delegation of community leaders led by Chairman Greater Manchester Pakistani Association Haroon Khattana while others including in the delegation were Chairman Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) North West Chaudhry Abdul Kareem and Solicitor Shoaib Taj of Asian Group and President PML-N AJK Zuber Iqbal Kayani.
Zuber Gull said appointment as Federal Overseas Commissioner is the confidence party reposed on him and he is well aware of the problems of overseas community and use all his efforts to resolve them on priority bases.
He said he will visit entire Britain and Middle East very soon. “It is will my effort that whenever an overseas Pakistani go to Pakistan he will be given honor, respect and love, warmly welcomed at every airport of the country and they feel secure while travelling to home”, he added.
Haroon Khattana informed Federal Overseas Commissioner about the problems the overseas community is feeling.
Solicitor Shoaib Taj thanked Zuber Gull for early recovery of his kidnapped and also praised the concern shown by Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif in this incident and ensured quick recovery of the kidnapped boy. “If problems of overseas Pakistanis were resolved at this pace then very soon overseas Pakistanis will be ready to invest in Pakistan”, he added.
Chaudhry Abdul Kareem lauded the efforts made by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif to resolve the problems of overseas community.
