Pakistanis keep national interest supreme: Niazi
COVENTRY: A reception was arranged in honor of former AJK Minister Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi by Sahibzada Irfan Ahmed Shah at his residence.
Social, political and business leaders of Coventry attended the reception.
While addressing the reception Abdul Qayyum Niazi said the overseas Pakistani community is ambassadors of Pakistan and their love and affection with Pakistan is remarkable and matchless.
He said Pakistanis living abroad are working hard and then they send hard earned money to Pakistan to raise the foreign exchange reserves of the country for socio economic uplift. The support of overseas Pakistanis in any national or international issues is unprecedented reflection of their love with motherland, he added.
“We are involved in solution of Kashmir issue keeping aside our political affiliation and on this issue we are all united”, he said, adding that if a politician seems to be sincere in resolving Kashmir issue gets your support and respect.
He said every individual belonging to Pakistan should forget his personal interest and use his efforts to keep Pakistan’s interest supreme.
He thanked Irfan Shah and others for their love and affection.
